Data SLA
You can use the Data SLA form to configure Data Interchange Data SLA to support reporting of performance data from your applications.

The SLA is defined as the elapsed time from the start of a business cycle (e.g. the start of a 5 minuite dispatch interval) until when data is received and processed into a participant data model.
It is therefore also inclusive of the time for AEMO's business processes to complete and the time for AEMO to publish market data reports.
You can edit an existing SLA by double clicking a table row.
Alternatively, you can create a new SLA by clicking Add new SLA

Generally, you can only adjust and customise the End to End SLA (secs) to a participant's requirements.
